Welcome to OKC.rent! By accessing or using our property management platform and website (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
OKC.rent provides tools and resources for property management, including but not limited to:
- Viewing property details
- Submitting maintenance requests
- Making payments
Accessing lease information
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Uploading harmful or malicious content
- Impersonating another person
- Interfering with the Service’s operations
5. Payments
All payments made through the Service are final unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your lease agreement.
6. Maintenance Requests
The Service allows tenants to submit maintenance requests. Responses and resolutions are subject to the terms of your lease agreement.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. OKC.rent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
