How do I pay my rent?
You can pay your rent easily through our secure online tenant portal. Just click “Resident Login” above. This platform allows you to make one-time payments, set up recurring automatic payments, and track your payment history. If you experience any issues with the portal or prefer alternative methods, such as paying by check or money order, please contact our office for assistance.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted 24/7 through our tenant portal. Simply log in, navigate to the maintenance request section, and provide details about the issue, including photos if applicable. For emergencies, such as water leaks or heating issues, please call our emergency maintenance line for immediate assistance.
What happens if I need to move out before my lease ends?
If you need to move out before your lease term ends, contact us as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and will work with you to explore options. This may include a lease buyout fee, or subletting in accordance with the terms of your lease. Please note that you remain responsible for rent payments until the lease obligations are fulfilled.
Are there additional fees beyond rent?
We strive for transparency and avoid unnecessary fees. Common fees, such as pet-related charges or utility contributions (e.g., a $35/month water utility fee), are clearly stated in your lease agreement. We do not charge hidden administrative or convenience fees for standard processes like online payments or maintenance requests.
What is your pet policy?
We welcome pets in most of our properties! Our pet policies include breed and size restrictions based on property guidelines, as well as pet deposits or fees. Please refer to your lease agreement for specific terms or contact our office for property-specific rules. We aim to make your pet feel as welcome as you are.
How do I renew my lease?
About 60-90 days before your lease expiration, but no less than 30, we’ll reach out to discuss renewal options. If you choose to renew, we’ll provide an updated lease agreement for signing. If you’re considering changes, like adding a roommate or upgrading to a larger property, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
How do I setup A Property Showing?
Setting up a property showing with OKC.rent is simple and flexible to fit your schedule! We offer three convenient options:
Self-Showings:
You can schedule a self-guided tour at a time that works for you. After verifying your identity, we’ll provide secure access to the property so you can explore at your own pace. This option is perfect for those with busy schedules who want the freedom to view the property on their own.In-Person Showings:
Prefer a guided tour? Schedule an in-person showing with one of our property managers. They’ll walk you through the property, answer any questions you have, and provide additional details about the home and leasing process.Open Houses:
For select properties, we host open house events. These are great opportunities to drop by without scheduling, explore the property, and connect with our team in a more casual setting. Upcoming open house dates will be listed on our website or rental listings.
